Chian for Dresden Orchid Show in March 2019.Please feel free to pass the
files to anyone that might have interest . Please read the following
information before anyone would like to place an order:
1,Order timing: We ask for the order confirmation as soon as possible. The
latest is 25th Feb.2019.
2, How to order: Please refer the price lists, before you place an order.
Please write to info@hengduanbiotech.com for confirming availability,
price and postage cost.
3, How to pay: We receive your payment in Cash at the orchid show or via
bank transfering to our account in Germany or Paypal with 5% commission
fee.
4, How to deliver: We would deliver your order around 28th March via DHL
or one could pick up at our sales boot at the show.

Dear Orchid Friends in Europe,

Hope you are all have a great year so far!

Most of you probably know that we will again attend the Germany Dresden
Show the weekend of March 29th. We are now accept pre-order for the
delivery at the show. Due to the cold weather, we will not ship any orders
on this trip. However, if you are not planning to go and you know someone
will go, you can make the arrangement for the pickup too! If you wish to
have your order to ship, it will be on our next trip in May. We will have
new lists ready for our May trip in March.

*Order deadline is Sunday, February 3rd, 4 weeks from today. I hope this
will give you enough time to place an order. However. no late order will
be accepted after the deadline please, this is due to the time we needed
for preparation of the documents!!! *

Attached the following are the lists for the pre-order:

2. Plant List - Our latest plant list
3. Division List - Our latest division list - ALL ARE NET Prices.
4. SVO Plant List - ALL ARE NET Prices.
5. SVO Division List - ALL ARE NET . *Price plus $5 per division
sur-charge. * If you like to order these divisions and want to be shipped
in May, I can take your order now, but you must pay 50% down payment now.

All our lists (except SVO) have been updated on our website. So feel free
to view our lists online too!

Please note that some of the plants and flasks are in limited supply and
most of the divisions are one of the kind. I strongly suggest you to place
your order as soon as possible.

As usual, we will apply all necessary permits/documents and bring your
orders into Germany. Once the plants/flasks have cleared the customs and
inspection, we will have your order ready for the pickup at the show

We will continue to charge you addition 10% of your order (after discount)
to cover the customs, duties and inspection fee that we have to pay at the
arrival airport. We are now paying over 20% for such fees on arrival!

We will expect 50% down payment after we confirm your order. We must
receive final payment two weeks before our departure. For some of our
royal customers that we have developed a good relationship, we can continue
to have the same payment arrangement or pay us at delivery.
